RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love everything you buy from juntalemi.com. If something is not quite right, whether it is the size, the fit or you simply changed your mind, you can return it. This policy explains how.
1. YOUR 14 DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you have named other than the courier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.
To meet the deadline, you only need to tell us that you want to cancel before the 14 days have passed.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us by email at stephanseals@gmx.net or by phone on +44 7347 609534 and tell us clearly that you would like to cancel your order or return items. Please include:
Your full name
Your order number
The items you wish to return
The reason for your return (optional, but it helps us improve)
We will reply with the return address and everything you need to send your items back. Please do not send returns to our registered office address unless we ask you to.
3. SENDING YOUR ITEMS BACK
Please send your items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you want to cancel.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on their way back to us.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags still attached and ideally in their original packaging.
You are welcome to try items on at home in the same way you would in a shop. However, if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or handled more than is necessary to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
5. REFUNDS
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned items, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Your refund will include the price of the returned items and the original delivery cost up to the price of our free standard delivery. If you chose Insured Express Delivery for £4.95, this extra cost will not be refunded. If you return only part of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. Please allow a few extra working days for your bank or card provider to process it.
We will send you an email once your refund has been issued.
6. EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This way you can be sure the size or colour you need is still in stock.
7. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at stephanseals@gmx.net. Please include your order number and photos showing the problem.
We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to:
A full refund if you reject the goods within 30 days of delivery.
A repair or replacement after 30 days. If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
